Creating forum accounts and voting.

The idea of the project is to get someone who can vote multiple times using different accounts and hotmail addresses on a forum competition, after posting a few generalised posts to make the users not seem like spam. I need a reliable person for the job who must be competant with the following: 1. Being able to register multiple Hotmail accounts (very varied names too). 2. Knowing how to change/hide IP addresses so that all votes seem unique. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - IF THIS IS NOT DONE THEN THE PROJECT BECOMES COMPLETELY VOID. 3. Having the ability to post a few posts for each username, and introduce each username differently, making them look like seperate people. 4. Being able to fulfil the task of voting for my username in the competition and spreading out the time frame of each user add over 5 days. Up to 50 usernames will be needed, perhaps more, I will pay a set price per vote conducted with a seperate account. Job will start on the 25th and continue up to the 30th. Payment via Paypal.
