I am looking for a graphic designer to design school diary information pages and covers. All up there will be 200 design jobs available, all following this same template. So this will become much easier after the first job is completed. Please supply **_first proof within 5 days of receiving the material_**. 2. Allow for updates/corrections to your first draft/s that will be supplied upto 21 days after. 3. Allow 7 days between each proof issued for a response. I estimate 3 sets of proofs will be needed (each will have minor changes to do). 4. Do not expect a respond over the weekend, we only work Mon-Fri here. 5. Funds will not be released until we have inspected the final print ready artwork and all is correct to specification. 6. NO FUNDS will be released if any of the design specifications have not been met. **_Number of pages to design_****_:_** 7. See in title above. **_Design Description_** 8. Use our “Setupfile?? to complete your work. This file includes all fonts and links. (fonts & links will be supplied shortly) 11. Insert the supplied school files into the setup file. Use the same fonts and layout as specified in the template (unless notified otherwise). I will supply the school file, once quote is approved. 12. Double check your work has been completed to specification. Manually go through all of our check points. **_Size/Setup_** 13. You MUST read our design guidelines attachment. **_Software to use_****_/platforms_** 14. Use Adobe Indesign CS2 for the text pages and any of the Adobe Creative Suite for the covers. 15. You MUST be on broadband internet- not dialup. **_Versions to Supply_** 1. Supply Proofs in PDF. Once final proof is APPROVED: 2. Please supply 1 version in print ready PDF format. Do not show trim marks/colour swatch on final copy. These need to be hidden. 3. 2nd version unflattened Indesign CS2 /Photoshop format (this may need to be uploaded to a website if size is too big). Include all associated links and fonts. **_Colour_** 4. Design personalised text pages in mono (black) only please. 5. Design Covers in full colour with mono inside front and inside back. Please use only CMYK colouring (NOT RGB) _**Copyright/Privacy**_ 6. Upon payment, copyright is to be transferred to me, Louisa Wood, and I will be free to use and adapt the design in any shape or form. 7. Please respect the privacy of the school information you will be working with. Please bid a price for this job only at this stage. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must have Broadband or ADSL 2.0 internet connection as these are large files. NOT DIALUP. Must use Indesign CS2.
