We are looking for a long term virtual assistant for the following responsibility to be delivered online working from home/office.
What we need?
- Vendor Management (Maintain Database, and Contracts)
- Create Enquiries for Quotation and Cost Comparison
- Process Purchase Order
- Review Purchase Invoices
- Track Vendor Payments, ( accounts payable)
- Maintain Records of Enquiry, Orders, Invoices Records
- Create Sales Order and Sales Invoices
- All records to be maintained in Google sheet online
- All communication through company email, Internet calls.
What we require ?
- Self driven, Committed, looking for a long term engagement, honest, disciplined, working under pressure to meet timelines, a team player
- Good command on English, professional English writing
