at all day i eat like a shark, we help people learn how to cook vegetarian japanese food. Our purpose is to help people live longer healthier lives. We accomplish this while having fun, learning and of course cooking lots of plant based japanese food!
Our current products consists of cookbooks and our online cooking classes in the japanese cooking club membership. We run 2 facebook groups, a youtube channel, a blog, instagram, and pinterest to help make this goal a reality.

my team and i are looking for an experienced transcriber/proofreader who can help ensure video and audio transcriptions for are correct.
we use an artificial intelligence software which transcribes speaking (audio) into words.
occasionally it makes mistakes and misinterprets what is said.
your job is to ensure it is 100% accurate by correcting misinterpreted words/phrases.
videos are mostly related to cooking, and some health and well-being topics. on average they are 10-15 minutes in length.

1. I am about to graduate from the Translation degree. During my training, I had to do lots of proofreading (and I will have to keep on doing it during my whole career), held a transcription part-time job, and learnt about subtitling. I have done subtitling with the Aegisub software both within a language and as translations.
2. "Come on, you know how this works. You fail and then you try something else. And you fail again and again, and you fail a thousand times, and you keep trying because maybe the 1,001st idea might work." It's from 'The Good Place' and I had to look it up to check if I was quoting it right.
3. I have not studied Japanese, but anime is one of my guilty pleasures and I am somehow familiar with the Rōmaji spelling.
