Title of the job position: "Elite Agent" at the company: BEC International. 2. work with the LinkedIn search mask in the countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland and prepare customers and new partnerships for us! Communication via LinkedIn Chat and in exceptional situations via eMail or Skype. Main activity: Preparation of contacts for the final sales talk or final conversation with affiliate partners by our team in Germany. Further possibly needed skills: Scheduling, lead generation, offer/order preparation, research The action can be started from any location in the world. A. Affiliate partnerships with potential partners for our online offer, an online club for founders, self-employed and entrepreneurs. B. New clients for our revolutionary marketing agency. Profit margins can be very high with appropriate deals: 2000 Euro to 100.000 Euro are possible as profit sharing per contract! This is the process for new employees: At the beginning of the cooperation we start with the 30-day trial period (test phase). You start working for us - 30-day test phase with profit sharing: 15% profit sharing per new customer or deal is paid via freelancer payment. The complete payments are paid by Freelancer Payment. After the test phase, the new employee's performance + results are evaluated by our sales manager Mrs. Bastian and then hourly wages, fixed amounts etc. + 17% profit sharing is negotiated or fixed!
