Website components, Flash and Credit Card payment

This project is for the teams/individuals with; Flash skills, experience in CC payment integration and adding news and banner system to a web site. If you don't have positive experience proven on GaF please do not bid on the project:
1. The web site design is ready, so no design work is needed other than the flash sections. Flash sections are included in the pages and they will have some interactivity like mouse over effects and click to go url on images. Also random image generation too. There will be a layer of the random image and over it a grid system where a visitor can mouse over to see text and images. There will be sound effects or music too which the volumes can be adjusted. The design must be classy and simple like this example.
2. There are sections must be made "updatable" like news. Also there will be a search in the web site. I want these to be components can be added into html. Also a member system is needed. Non members cannot do purchase on the site. I'm not interested in an unknown CMS developed by you, if you use a security proven CMS to apply to this design, it's fine by me. Any security problems later, I hold the developer responsible. The CMS you are using must be 100% Search Engine Optimized with clean url's and meta tags. XHTML and tableless CSS design.
3. Credit Card payment system will include; Paypal payment, Barclay's bank credit card payment and Google Checkout integration.
The time frame of the project is tough, 2 weeks till I deliver the designs. The designs will be in Fireworks PNG format with layers, objects etc. NOT in Photoshop. I expect the CMS and flashes with the design will be ready in one week than the CC integration next week.
Payment will be %25 of the project will be on Escrow till I see the CMS ready with the Flashes. Than I will release it and Escrow another %25 till I see the integration of the CC payment. When all is ready remaining %50 will be Escrowed and after the approval all is fine and working, it will be released. These terms are not negotiable.
