I'm David, Content Manager of ISDI, a Business School based in Spain with headquarters in US, among other countries. We have an event in Boston with students of one of our masters (Global Executive Master in Digital Business) and would need a service there, basically having nice pictures of students and depending on budgets clips of video too. When: Thursday, 27th & Friday 28th of June. Where: Harvard (Boston) What: mainly pictures (and some video clip - meaning short shots) during a couple of classes at Harvard and then at a graduation party at night (the pictures will be taken in a restaurant during a graduation party). This could be important as the timing of this production will be from 11:30 to 17:00, break and then 20:00 to 22:00 and because of the dark condition of the space. I could give you, of course, a more detailed brief with references, examples, timings, address, etc, but I would need first to know availability and approximately budget. Thanks a lot.

I would love to work with you on this project - as someone who is a Boston local and has lots of experience doing event videography and photography, this is right up my alley. Most recently, I've taken video and photo for RSA cybersecurity conferences in Singapore, Vegas, San Diego, and Orlando. I would love to chat with you more about the timeline and what specific end products you would be looking for, though it sounds like mostly photo coverage and video clips if possible.
