We are not for profit community base health organisation We need a 6 minute 2D animated video based on an illustrated children's book. 28 drawings provided. Voice track provided. Animator to source music track. Some lip-syncing needed (please quote separately for this). Video clip to be provided to us in native format as well as mp4. Completion by late November. If unable to complete in this time frame, please state turnaround time needed.
