Dear Sir,
I work as a journalist since 1981 (now, I am working as a freelance) and had several editorial positions in Portuguese national newspapers and a radio national network, so I can say I have a command of Portuguese language well above the average and a lot of experience of working under the pressure of very strict deadlines.
Between 1981/1986, I worked as a journalist in Portugal, at a national weekly newspaper, “Tempo” (1981/1982) and at a national network radio, “Rádio Renascença”, where was Political Reporter, since 1983 and promoted to News Editor in 1985. From 1986 to 1197, I was in Macau, working as Head of Information Department at Macau Government Press Office. Between 1997 and 2004, I was back to Portugal, where I was Editor of Political Section at “A Capital”, a daily newspaper (1997/1998) and after that, journalist, Editor of National Affairs, Editor of Cultural Section, Editor of the website [1998/2003] and Editor-in-Chief of a leading national weekly newspaper, “O Independente”. For copy-writing, based on texts send by the client, my usual rate is 0.095 USD/per word [6.70 INR/per word] for target text. If the writing you pretend is not based on texts send by you, but must just "created", from subjects defined by you, my usual rate is 0.15 USD/per word [11.00 INR/per word] also for target text. My usual output is around 3.000 words a day, so I made a bid based on 1 working day, writing from texts send by the client - 20.100 INR/1 day.
Best Regards,
Paulo
