Modify existing cad model .stl .step files 3 changes

Three changes are needed in existing CAD models to enable manufacturers to quote on tooling. 1. Delete the filler hole/cap from the fourth side of the plastic chamber. 2. Increase the diameter of the long steel handle tube to 1.5” 3. Create four round holes in lower steel handle tube, to appear within the plastic chamber area. Purpose: This is a design for ballast enhanced dead-blow hand tamper comprising a steel tamper with handle and a plastic dome to retain granular material. The existing model uses a filler hole and cap for addition and retention of granular media (sand, water, steel shot) on one side of the dome. The complexity of the filler hole/cap increase plastic manufacturing costs significantly. A modified design where the chamber is filled from the top of the hollow handle simplifies the plastic dome manufacturing, ostensibly reducing costs. In the modified design, the user will pour granular media into the top of the handle tube while the tool rests flat on the ground. The user will empty the chamber by inverting the device whereby material leaves the chamber, travels down the inverted handle and exits. Detail of each change: 1. Delete the filler hole/cap from the fourth side of the plastic chamber. All four sides of the plastic chamber should be the same. 2. Increase steel handle tube diameter to 1.5 inches as well as the receiving hole in the top of the plastic chamber while keeping both centered. 3. Create four 12.7mm (half-inch) round holes in lower steel handle tube, to appear within the plastic chamber area, and as distant from each other as possible. The upper-most hole to appear as close as possible to the top of handle while appearing entirely within the sealed chamber. The lowest hole to appear as close to the bottom of the chamber as possible, 90 degrees rotated top hole. The remaining two holes shall be as distant as possible (in horizontal and vertical distance) from all other holes. Generate/update .STL and .STEP files in same format and retaining all other components/properties as uploaded.
