draw 2d floor plan

i need someone to update an existing floor plan. i have existing dwg files, some things need to be added and other things edited or removed etc.... i need a person, who is preferably an architect and who has extremely precise drawing skills, so please no amateurs.
I can only work on an hourly base, becuase there will be several changes to the plans, which will be on the fly. the time frame for this is around 30 hours and we will start instantly. to be completed by end of december. thanks
