REQUIRED: We require a 3D visual rendering of the exterior of the condominium (rising upwards and circling around the condo), internal views (virtual tour style), and the exterior landscape including vehicles passing the front. We would like the video to be for the following condominium building: ******The Beverley - address: 15 North Park Road, Thornhill******* We NEED the animation to be in this style: [login to view URL] Whereby: 1. The building spawns from the ground up and there are 360 circular views of the exterior of the building combined with the local surrounding buildings, etc. 2. There should be background music with the video (background music should be taken from this video: [login to view URL]) 3. The video should then zoom into one of the units of the building to demonstrate the interior views of the condominium unit, something similar to this video: [login to view URL] There are no visual representations of the interior of the condominium available at this time, so you are free to create your own version. Work MUST be completed within 5 days. Original source files will be required at project completion. ** FLASH VERSION of the final product will be required in addition to the regular version such that it works on both mobile and desktop browsers ** Please ask if you have additional questions. our fee will be 600 USD as there is lot of work. As Design, then modelling, then animation and finally editing with music. As for time, design will take 1 day, modelling with be 2 days, animation will be 3 days, and editing with be another 2 days. Total 8 days. I re-calculated our effort and time and really for us to do a proper job our fee has been revised. I hope we can work on this together.
