Hi, I am a professional and licensed Architect myself and i am specialized in modelling in sketchup and have 10 years of experience. I have gone through the project brief and pdf. I am addressing the phases as per the brief below. Phase 1: existing interior- $300 time: 3 days . Please provide interior images if possible for a better perception of the space. Phase 2: existing exterior- $150 time: 2 days Please share existing photos of the exterior if available for a better modelling with the materials. So For phase 1&2: 450 +50 (freelancer charge) = $500 time: 5 days Phase 3: rennovation work : $15 per hour. I am available 10-12 hours per day as per your convenient time requirements for the work.
