If you are an experienced Structure engineer, with good taste of design then this project is for you. You would need to design a structure based on the floor plan ( make changes if needed and create a facade for the building. using a specific precedent that will be provided. I would need to have DETAIL drawing on how the skin ( facade) will be assembled ( i.e panels) to the structure below. You can propose your idea and we can agree on what's best for the project. The budget is 200$ and you will have 2 days. The floors are concrete slabs with rounded ( and only rounded ) columns. I will provide you the 3d model in to see the floors.
