Hi. This is NOT a bid to make your board. I'm just asking, why are you even involving arduino in this, when there are single chip BLE ICs (like Nordic Semi nRF51 stuff, TI's CC2xxx, a few more I'm too lazy to look up right now). While if you insist on arduino, it will require at least two chips (BLE + atmega<whatever>), possibly voltage shifting (if atmega is running at 5V), etc etc. So.. yeah. why?!
