Here is the situation. We have buyed a model from TuboSquid we want to create a scene in unity and run it in webgl. We have all the asseets. And we want the quality to be same as it appears in 3d max (it is using v ray plug in for rendering). So what we are looking for is a person who is in expert in both 3D-Max and WebGl technology who can convert the scene exactly. You can use anything to do convert that as long as it runs on webgl and the quality is perfect or near perfection. The Max budget for this is: $100-$125 (For an expert person who has done this type of work before it should be a few hours work) if you can do this all my 3d projects will go to you in future.
