Assemble a 30 second 3D Animation for OIL & Gas company video

We are looking for someone to help piece together a short 30 second 3D animation for a Oil & Gas company. Below is a video showing the timeline & elements needed for the video (starting from 00:30 seconds in is what you will be doing for the video) The elements we need for the 30 second clip: - Flyover over Scotland map, over the sea towards oil rigs in the North sea: -- Camera slows down at the side of and text or video placeholder will appear on the side of the rig - Flyover towards Aberdeen ' city buildings' (no high detail needed but quality visuals required) -- Camera slows down revealing a video/text placeholder on the side of a building - Fly and dive underwater to reveal an oil pipeline -- Video/text holder appears on the side of the pipeline - Fly back above the water to an Oil Tanker -- Video/text holder will appear on the side of the oil tanker. Video/Text placeholder addition will be discussed (we will supply you with the required component) The instructions above are also seen in this video for the development of the animation: [login to view URL] Skill Required: - Aptitude in 3D modeling & Animation (the use of pre-made 3d model templates is recommended to keep costs low) -This will require good communication skills as we will want to discuss the choice of which 3D models to use or how the animation will pan out. - We will require the finished project file (C4d or 3Ds etc....)
