Add motion capture data to 3D model

I have a 3D model which needs rigged for animation. I also have a mass of c3d files that I am looking to use with the model. I have tried using Motion Builder to put the animation takes onto the model, but I am not having much luck as not all of the labels are correct and my lack of knowledge leads this to becoming a massive chore of learning on the job, so I thought I would transfer the job over to one of you.
There are around 100 c3d files that need mapped to the model. Ideally the output required would be an fbx file for each of the animations, plus 1 fbx file of just the rigged model.
Any further questions I am more than willing to answer.
I have attached the base obj file and one c3d motion file for people to see if it works with their workflow. There are 105 c3d files which need mapped to the 3D model.
