I need someone who is expert in adobe after effects to create 5-10 sec intro in 1080P.

i am looking for some one who can create this type of professional intro. i really like the style, effects & colour combinations.

My budget is very low so minimum bidder will be awarded this job & if i didn't like the intro you are ready to provide me some revisions.
You are the after effect experts so if you have any better option then i will appreciate that.
AS THE FINAL DELIVER:
i need all layered after effects files. i have the after effect CC version.
i also need you to send your copyright documentation.
if you read this properly then write "twist" in your proposal. i will consider only freelancer who has written twist in their proposal.
& also tell me how much you will charge to create this type of INTRO (5 to 10 sec)
