8 characters with 4 weapon variations. ~20 animations per weapon variation (i.e.: Unarmed, knife, pistol, rifle).
From the title, the camera angle in the rendered sprites should be self-explanatory.
Final product should be in TGA-format with alpha channel.
All frames should be from a top-down perspective.
With dimensions 512 x 512, in TGA-sequence.
Animation framerate should be at 100 fps.
