We are currently providing services to several real estate clients in the US. I have a team of VAs putting together buyer builders list/database through research and data entry. I have cold callers to call my client's leads to ask if they are interested in selling their properties. I also have a team assisting our clients in processing their SMS. We use Mojo dialer and Podio.
We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
