Our company funds small size businesses in USA. We are looking for a candidates to join our Risk Management team and help contacting clients who missed payments. Requirements: - A high school diploma is required - 1-3 years of telemarketing experience preferred - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to positively connect with clients and encourage them to make payments toward debts owed - Time management skills are essential to complete all required client calls daily - Basic computer software skills and the ability to work within relevant data spreadsheets - Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly is essential for negotiating effectively - Individuals who work well in customer service and have experience with sales negotiations excel in the position of a debt collector. - Any prior experience in telemarketing, sales negotiation and Debt Collection is plus.
