I started as a sales representative for a US account back in 2008. I handled cold calling and business to business telemarketing. I handled accounts like credit card acquisition, mortgage, telco and many others. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant. I did Lead Generation, Lead Mining.
I handled Inbound and Outbound campaigns, Cold calling, and online marketing, lead generation, data entry, lead mining. This made me knowledgeable in many things such as MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheet, Google Docs etc, linkedin different CRM’s etc.
