I worked on auto insurance for 2 straight years with my first year being the primary year for auto but once i became the team leader of my group, i moved from this campaign to harder ones such as health insurance, MCA, home insurance ETC. Now why do i say that these were harder? because these werent outbound calls but rather lead gen calls that we had to close our self and make an appointment for our employer, But that wasnt an issue for me as i was always above my colleges when it came to `learning and adapting. i learned to close the calls the very same hour i was taught how to.
