I have worked as a Call Centre Agent for 7years in different organisations and have vast experience communicating with customers via email and phone.
My experience as a customer service representative has helped to improve my leadership skills, gain organisational skills and provided me with the knowledge on how to relate with customers ( irate, agigated and distressed)
My relevant experience includes;
- Use of Email, Phones, CRM tools like Slack, Zendesk, intercom, marketing dailers and customer support.
- Dialing 300 cold and warm calls a day to people who might be interested in a product.
My experience as a telemarketer and appointment setter for a US based real medicare company really helped me developed an impeccable emailing/phone etiquette.
I have also acquired customer service representative certification courses on Linkedin learning to broaden my knowledge in the field.
I am proactive, detailed driven, result oriented, tech-savvy, a hands-on learner and above all l hope to establish a long lasting relationships.
