I have working experience for optimal value calculation for power system networks using GSA/PSO/Cuckoo Search etc. Do you need to allocate DG on a standard bus systems or on somethings like test systems. Do you have the test system fixed or should the project be started from the scratch..? Awaiting your confirmation of the project.

My Mtech project is on optimal location and size of DG in distribution system using particle swarm optimization.
