We have a remote server in Germany.
There is Proxmox v4.4 in server installed.
There are several VM running on it.
There are different policies applied to the VM:some of them might have access to the local resources and internet some of them are restricted from connection to the internet and have only access to the local resources.
What we want: To make accessible some of the VM on Proxmox with help of using TeamViewerScenario: remote worker can connect to the VM via TV. This VM have access to the local resources, but don't have any internet connection.
Thus, ban internet without cutting TV connection. Remote worker can only work in the VM environment, however cannot copy or upload, download any files into the internet. At the same time TV connection should not be covered by VPN. Reason: we are located in China, remote server in Germany. Remote workers: European countries, Russia, Ukraine, etc. Thus, if TV connection covered by VPN, connection between remote worker and VM will be slow. Scenario: remote worker connects to the VM on Proxmox server via TV, he can connect to some of the computers that belongs to our local network.
Note: avoid modifications of local network or adding routing path from local network to the proxmox server. Alternative approaches can be considered as well in case of providing max security and avoiding modifications of local network configuration. Provide with max security from leak of data into the Internet.
