Asterisk VOIP Server

The problem = I have about 6-7 numbers and growing with vonage (all just ring to same number) and it's costing me about $60 a month.. I know that if I can implement my own voip solution I can get that down maybe way down. But I don't want to do the admin or learn the technology so.. I need a admin to setup a asterisk voip server on FreeBSD 4.9 server I have on the net, I need a admin to help me configure a pap2 client to connect to that server and get phone services and I need this same person to bring to me quotes or suggestions on a provider to use for the minutes transactions or pass-through onto real landlines (sorry if I don't remember the technical name). Once a provider is chosen the admin may have too setup the transactions via the provider. Lastly, with the server setup and running the best way possible which may need the software ser or openser, I need help just porting the numbers from vonage to myself or my new provider. (and knowing how to implement adding 1 new phone line per year) This is not a quick project (meaning it won’t be done over-night) I’m willing to pay ½ down with the work at that stage and if I feel things are going well and you’re not going to bail on me. I expect that if things were to go smoothly this could be all but done in 3 weeks but the vonage porting issue could easily add 6 more onto that. Once these stages are done in another project I may be willing to pay the admin to help me move the setup or copy or round-robin the setup to a new web server since the one I'll be using is quite old.. In addition I may consider using them to help setup basic hosting as well.
