PING, an independent Australian digital agency, is seeking a Swift developer and a Kotlin developer on short-term (3 to 4 weeks) contracts to help deliver a project for a multinational client, launching a custom-made app in both Swift and Kotlin. The app will be deployed to millions of users across ANZ and southern Asia in three [login to view URL] connects to a series of back-end REST APIs to do most of its work and is secured by tokens issued by Microsoft Azure AD B2C. The apps were developed over the course of several months but are in need of some "spit and polish" and a few small feature changes before we are able to go live. Sadly, the original authors of the apps are no longer available to assist. We are looking for developers skilled in Swift and/or Kotlin who can help us bring these apps to production. We have a series a "work tickets" that need to be addressed - the first step in the engagement will be to provide effort estimates for these tickets in our Jira work management system. After that there will be daily check-ins with the rest of the team of 7 developers already working on other aspects of the platform, under the guidance of a veteran Tech Lead and Solution Architect. This initial engagement is just to help out with some overflow work, but we have ongoing commitments for feature development on these platforms so, for the right person, we have plenty more to come that could be shared. Android requirements include: Android studio 4.1; Android API 30; jre 1.8; Kotlin; Azure AD B2C; Gradle; Bumptech Glide; Google AR; Firebase
