Tera Data, SSIS - 6 month contract - India (KK)

Location: Remote (India) 6 month contract Time: 11:30AM – 8:30PM IST Mon - Fri Budget: 1200$ per month Exp. : 5+ years Immediate Joiner Role- Tera Data, SSIS Dev SSIS : Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ETL process • Designing and developing SSIS / SQL ETL solutions to acquire and prepare data from numerous upstream systems for processing by QRM • Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to another • Debug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data • Design, implement and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes, ) and database security • Experience working with SSIS packages • Proficient with ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS • Analyze and develop strategies and approaches to import and transfer data between source, staging, and ODS/Data Warehouse destinations • Test and prepare ETL processes for deployment to production and non-production environments • Support system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plans Teradata : Develop Teradata code meeting 100 percent of technical specifications and business requirements according to the established design patterns • Analyze, design, code, and test highly complex ETL processes, for data warehouses and/or operational data stores • Understand design for ETL application including data sources, data targets, data definitions, data relationships, and business rules • Work closely with technical leads, analysts, data modelers and other developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the project solution • Provide post go-live & application maintenance support • Provide technical expertise on Database design, Data modeling, Data Warehousing, and Data integration • Create solutions for large and complex data driven applications • Reconciliation and test cases of developed solutions • Design, develop and support application solutions leveraging Teradata and Teradata Tools and Utilities
