I need a solution for a mass rename tool that renames files (for example TXT) by a keyword list

So I need a solution that can do the following: I have 5000 files, for example TXT files. They all have different or also nearly same filenames (with (1), (2), (3) in it). I also have a list of 5000 keywords, for example in Excel or as a CSV. I would like to have all those 5000 files renamed automatically and bulk. In the end each TXT file should have the name of one keyword out of the list. Features: - Change 5000 to a chosen number - Should work with Umlauts and all special characters that can happen in such a big keyword list - Should work with blanks in the filename / keyword - Should work in batch and bulk. - Can work online or as a Windows Application Could work like this: Choose a number like X. Import a CSV with X keywords. Point that tool to a ZIP file or folder that contain X TXT files and then the tool starts to take out 1 file, renames it to "keyword [login to view URL]" out of the CSV list, removes the keyword from the list. Then the second, then the third, until all are done and no file and keyword are left.
