Create a 3D game for Android and IOS phones and tablets

Create a game where obstacles are constantly coming towards the player and they have to scroll withing 5 set position e.g. 1 2 3 4 5 while the obstacles come towards him,they have to dodge them by either scrolling, ducking or jumping. The controls are either swipe or tilt the user will have the option. The game will be a freemium model with a shop where you can purchase add ons with the coins you collect. The game will have a few characters to choose from where the freelancer will design every character and item based on my input. I am looking for a freelancer in the long term where future updates and projects will be contracted to him and so on.
