Using Raspberry Pi2 and a 5\" LCD touch display, you create a graphical user interface. The interface is defined by a configuration file.
In general, a page will loop on a video as a background. A page occupies whole screen. There is no menu or status bar or min/max button. There will be one or more buttons on each page. When a button is pushed, it will play a transition video on top of button, and will perform some functions, such as display a different page, send a message via UART, or show/hide other buttons.
There are three kinds of buttons,
1. Momentum button, active only when finger is pushed on it. Go back to base status when finger left.
2. Toggle button, toggle on two stable status on click.
3. Timer button, go to active status on click, then it will be back to base status after certain time.
In this project, there are about 7-10 pages, and maybe 30 buttons. Button can be used in more than one page.
