I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . Im looking for spmeone skilled in windows software. I think this is gonna be by python, because im looking for someone who modify an API of an android app runned by bluestacks or nox, that capture incoming packet and sends a responsive packet during the data transmission. In few words, an software that intercepts information from an app. Is nothing out of law or illegal, is just having an advantage on the app we need to intercept.
