I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I need a piece of software built which is able to record/scrape data from a website every time it updates and the data on it changes. I need the data to be put into a table. The website updates around every 30 mins and I need the nearest update to 1200 GMT every day. This is a weather website detailing the conditions at various airports; and I need this data scraping done automatically. Thank you.
