I need to have a web app built but before that can happen, I need to have a Spec Doc that I can hand the developers so that they understand exactly what needs to be built. You MUST have prior experience writing software specifications documents in order to be selected for this gig. Please include some samples of any spec docs work you have done in the past. I am particularly looking for someone who has created highly detailed software specifications, down to every function, property, and method. Anyone who has done that kind of work understands how software is built and that is very important. Although I have a very good idea of how the software is to behave, most of that is inside my head. I do have a general overview of the application almost finished and I am certain that my overview is not going to be adequate to guide development of this project. This means that we will probably have to do some web meetings so that I can explain to you how the application is supposed to work and you can then write the necessary specifications. You will be required to update me on your progress once or twice a day. I will also make myself available to you for the duration of the project via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication platform we agree on in case you have any questions. Please reply with samples of your work, hourly rate, and availability. This project will start as soon as I find the right person. Will it be you?
