Write A Single form Program in VB.NET

I need a vb.net not c# programmer to write a single form application that does the following; 1. writes data entered on the form to a txt file (enter multiple records) [login to view URL] these data from a txt file line by line and populate the gridview, textboxes and two radio buttons with the data, 3. Allows search and modification of these information The fields to be saved are, first Name(textbox), last Name(textbox), Gender(radio button) and these three records should also be populated on gridview as first name, last name and gender Start your bid with " Hi VB.NET NOT C#" so that I can eliminate the spam bids, lowest bidder preferred.
