Work Allocation and specific format changer

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed which can automate work allocation and can specifically change time format, date formats and incorporate additional information against a specific value I have a data in Excel sheet, out of which I need to allocate work to my team on day to day basis with specific change in formats, Presently I do it with Vlookup, but I am looking for more feasible and time saving solution. I would like to have email button incorporated so as I can for ward the work allocation to the individual directly
