Software Expert to build a simple exe file!

Read carefully please and send me your reasonable proposal! I need an application which can log keyboard events and send the data to a web portal which can store the logs. I want you to build it into only one *.exe file without extra files like libraries and make it hidden on task manager if it's possible. You can use any programming language you like and I will provide the cpanel credentials.
