Hello, According to description this task doesn't require lot of VBA programming, i assume one vba function will be added to easily manipulate with dates on Invoices, and may be one or two simple vba functions will be added for aggregating Clients for monthly report. Remaining can be done using standard Access Query Logic. All parts will be completed during 1 day. I will need some clarification for Monthly Customer Status, since i am not 100% sure that i understand all fields correctly. I am always available for communication.
