Insurance Sales Tracker

Need to create a Sales Tracker in Excel, preferably with forms for data entry and reports with graphs. Multiple users, one sheet per user, feeding into a master sheet. Each sheet, including the master, calculates performance vs targets. Products sold are insurance policies: Auto, Home, Commercial, Umbrella, Life, Specialty. Each policy is priced differently.
Ideally, an insurance agency with three staff members will be able to enter their daily sales accomplishments into an Excel tracker and the tracker auto-calculates the individual performance of each staff member, as well as the performance of the agency as a whole.
