I have written some reporting software in Excel 2013, and want to convert the software to Access 2010 minimum, with user sign in. I can send the Excel program once a freelancer has been picked. The idea is as follows:
User sign on & user access to certain tables if they are Admin. I can send the Excel program with the password to unlock the worksheet & VBA for access to the formulas & all. Each section of the Excel report, I want to relate to a different table. Also, I believe it would need to be able to pre-load different jobs, so I think in order to do that, Access will have to copy the table templates for each individual job, and be able to recall the job & pre-load all information. This can be done with a table supporting the necessary job data, so the user can choose which job to load. Needs to be supplied with an "Activate Job" button so the software will load that specific job. More details can be given upon selection of the freelancer. The user needs to be able to view the report, so a series of buttons will have to be on each form, one being a "View Report" button. I have a report template in Excel, and the software can load this data in to the Excel report template for view. The report will be locked so that no changes can be made while Excel is open, or view the report in pdf. With the "Print Report" button, I want the software to make printouts of the report template in Excel.
More information will be given to the freelancer that is awarded the job. I just want a professional looking user interface, with my company logo added to each form.

Respected Sir I will have to turn the excel file into database and then I will be able to make forms and reports which are in Excel. Regards Pankaj Garg
