Please contact me to discuss, I just completed a YOLO project , What linux distrobution are you set up in or do you want to do this in ? Sounds like a good project. Can also assist in scripting what to do after various plates are detected for example, a list known black-listed vehicles, could trigger a call or text message to the security team. it might be done faster but I think 20 days should be enough. On projects that are longer than 1 or 2 days I require the customer to finance me since my time is valuable and I can't afford to invest my own money to complete your project. I would agree to provide 30 days of support on this to cover any testing etc.
