Create C# Application to Monitor Several Software Servers over local network

We are looking for an experienced C# software developer to help us expand the capabilities of an application. We have obtained an opensource program that allows us to monitor all of a computers hardware in the C# application. This program is called "Open Hardware Monitor" This program also allows for a server port to be opened on that computer so other monitoring computers can access the machines stastics over the local Lan. Since this open sourced program already has the built in server for broadcasting the statistics in the program, there shouldn't be any code you need to change in the original "open hardware monitor program" The software application I need you to write is a global monitoring program. This program will allow the user to add multiple networked computers via thier ip address and port number. If the remote computer is running the server application then its statistics will be broadcasted to the remote monitoring software. This application will allow the streaming and logging of all the computers on the network that are running the server software. I would like this application to have the same layout as its original open sourced program the only difference is that it will display more then 1 computer in realtime. I have attached some images to explain my meaning. Again the original open sourced software (remote servers) you should not have to modify. We are looking for you to create a software that looks the same as the original with the same functions as the original with the only difference is that it can monitor all the connected broadcasting servers on the network.
