Convert a word document Containing Equations to Sqlite Database Using Java

Hello, I have word documents containing MCQs with equations. I need a java program which will parse the word document and create a sqlite database. This database will be a simple database contating questions table having columns such as questionid, question, option1,option2,option3,option4, desc In this table option1 column will be always answer option. or Database structure can be discussed. I need to show this word file MCQ data in android application. so i am open to suggestions if you an alternate approach to solve this problem. Note: I have tried this program with apache poi but equations are not parsed out. if you can find a way to parse equation we can go further with this project. I have attached a sample word file to be parsed.
