I have Connectwise Manage integrated with Google Business. However, the IMAP / Google integration isn't currently working. Thus, Connectwise can only send messages to me based on workflows I've set up. If I send an email to the proper email address, Connectwise does NOT automatically create tickets and update tickets as it should.
Also, I would like DUO set up for myself and one other Connectwise Manage user, so we have multi-factor authentication for logging into Connectwise Manage.
