Cartonization

I need to Cartonize several items into multiple boxes. Example: I have 50 objects of different shapes and sizes and weight I also have 20 different box sizes. Each box has a weight limit and a fill rate percentage for example 80% meaning it should fill at least 80% of the box. I need the items to fit in the most efficient matter with the least amount of boxes. I need a method written in .NET with 2 input parameters, one would be a list box box types and the other would be a list of items. It should return a list of Cartons with items assigned to each box and there locations in the box. Need you to be capable of handling managing 3d space object allocation
