assembly and c language translation

The document contain two questions, in the first questions we were asked to write the ARM LEGv8 of the C code. Comments should be provided such that the reader can understand the steps. In the second questions we need to write two ARM LEGv8 codes one that store the array by rows the other by columns, we should be able to compare both methods in term of performance( which one is better / takes less time / uses less register ... etc) .
