Adobe Measuring Tool and Estimating (subscription) website

I need an measuring tool using Adobe SDK features. Some features will need to be developed for this specific project such as simple drag and drop features, report generation , volumes etc. This will also be part of a subscription website with approx 20 pages with forms , templates drag and drop features , Gantt chart /calender / contacts / project files etc This must be linked to estimating software already 80% complete.
