I have a program I made in Netbeans using wxWidgets that utilizes OpenMP and threading to analyze images. I need this program to run in benchmark times of 2.6 seconds or less. Attached are the instructions and the C++ source code. Make sure you follow the instructions specifically. I need this done as soon as possible (if you can do within a couple hours let me know). Hopefully it will be less than $50.
